Shipping Policy – Predator Batteries

At Predator Batteries, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently, ensuring you get the power solutions you need without delay.

Order Processing

  • All orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) are eligible for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

  • Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options

We offer both parcel and pallet delivery services, depending on the size and weight of your order:

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): Typically 1–3 working days

  • Pallet Deliveries: Usually 2–3 working days (subject to booking and access requirements)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order size and weight

    • Delivery location

    • Service required (parcel or pallet)

For trade customers or bulk orders, custom delivery rates may apply.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across the UK Mainland.

  • Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

  • Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about delivery to your area.

Pallet Deliveries – Important Information

  • Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles.

  • Someone must be available on-site to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions). We will keep you informed where possible.
